This product will not fit an 09 Mustang without some minor modifications. The 09 Mustang has an alignment pin underneath the bolt that attaches the seat belt to the frame. Without knotching out the area with some tin snips the part will not fit. It is a minor flaw that is covered up by the seat belt when all is reassembled but just a head-up.
